Brenda Delamonica

PhD Student

Brenda has previously studied how dynamical systems and bifurcation theory can model metastatic cell behavior, the evolutionary potential of the monkeypox genome under APOBEC3 interactions and the evolution of the gene family of APOBEC and AID in bats. She is also interested in using deep learning methods to predict APOBEC-3 mediated mutations in viruses.
